Atheists: What's your opinion on banning the ritual slaughter of animals?

All religion is false myth. With that being said, I don't want believers to pass laws saying i can't do something based on their myths or "values," and I would probably be against passing laws to limit religious freedom as long as I don't have to see it or have someone's myths shoved in my face or knocking on my doorstep.
