Am I pregnant or not?

Had well protected sex(condom and birth control) a little over a week before my period, he came out of me so not worried there and my period came right on time but for 2 days I had terrible cramping which is unusual but it had been a while since I had sex and I bled during, my period lasted the typical 4-5 days, but last night I felt real sick and didnt puke but had diarreha(sorry cant spell) I fid take my multivitamin on little food which it says take with food. Could I be pregnant or am I just scaring myself? And no signs of tender breasts or nipples darkening or implantation bleed
