Obama scolds congress for taking to much time on debt talks?

He said that his two girls do their homework early so they won't be late , did he say this to the Democrats last year when they didn't get their budget in on time and were month's late? They didn't even get one for a vote! so they can't blame the minority reps here ! they owned both the house and senate last year and failed to even try , did Obama get mad at the dems for this? l
