Any tips on how to get nice eyebrows?

Ok so this might seem like quite an odd question but I have odd eyebrows they like are blonde and thick with short hairs but then on the inner bit closest to my nose , on top of the blonde hairs are darker hairs. So what techniques work best for you like threading, waxing etc and how often do you do it, also would you recommend eyebrow tinting or another method of darkening them an approximately how much does it cost??
