How do I register for the teen choice awards 2011?

I really wanna vote and I can't register. Like I have the email and everthing else. I'm 15 so that's in the age limits. And whenever I click sign up it just refreshes the page and erases my password. Why? I took the password from my email. What's wrong?! I'm SOOO confused. Please can anyone help me? 10 POINTS! Thanks
