Sign up Teen Choice Awards???!?

I don't have an account to vote for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards. I was wondering how I could create one in order to vote, if the website doesn't have a "sign up" option. soooo, how am I supposed to vote if I can't create an account? Should I go to a different website or what ??!
