Necromancer games worth playing?

I want to know if anyone has a really awesome necromancer game they've found. I've played diablo 2, it's kinda long and also frustrating when minions disappear. Mmorpgs will usually nerf necros to the point where it ruins the experience for me. I've found a couple of really good flash games like Necronator (awesome story and tons of fun), and the other ones that make the top 20 list on flash sites. So maybe if you found a sweet flash game that is at the top 30, or a really good pc game that isn't overlord (ugh only fun til you start hating the minions who keep repeatedly drowning themselves...), I would love to hear about it.
