What kind of mascara and eye liner should I get?? :)?

Just wondering!! I have short, black eyelashes, and good mascara darkens the area but all the ones I've had before doesn't really provide me with volume. I also want people to actually see that I have eyelashes :D As for eye liner, something thin and one that doesn't wear out too soon. I'm thinking liquid, but all the ones I've used sucked!! Thank u :)
