Don't live "under" the bible?

Some where in the King James Bible I found a place where it was talking about you should not live under the bible. It dont say it that way but that what it means. I met some one that was in a bible study school for only to study and learn what all words mean in the bible for back in the time these story's were made. Its hard to explain but it made total sense to me. But what it means is Its not good to worry your self to death over something you did but we should still never sin. Its just where we should not worry our self's our whole lives over doing some things wrong. God wants us to move on with our lives and make something of it with out worrying to death and begging him for forgiveness. Any one know where that was?
