I'm having anxiety problems, help?

You may think that you can just magically suspect things, when really, it's trying to tell you that if you are in control with this problem, then it's your responsibility to handle it. You are in control of your brain, and if your brain tells your body what to do, what to be scared of, which it will FOR SURE, then you say, you know what? I do not have to be scared of this. If everyone else in the world can sleep and is FINE, then why can't you too? A movie or a clip may scare you, but you are in control of your fears. Maybe, try this, when you go to sleep, don't move, toss and turn, just sit there, soon your body will get so bored and want to fall asleep, then close your eyes and try to watch all of the lights in your eyes, you will be asleep in an instant. You are okay, and you are not alone also. Everyone has a fear, and apparently, this is your fear. But that's okay. You will have this fear. So what? You are scared, why does it matter? Visit and hug your brother, maybe try to have fun at nights, don't let this fear overcome and control your entire life, just don't. If you don't hear or see anything, or even if you do, it doesn't matter, there's no such thing, don't be embarrassed by this,i appreciate your time to write this to ask for help. But you YOURSELF are the only help that you can ever get from anyone. Understand? You are the only one who can actually help themselves. And you can do it. I believe in you. It's a fear. It's anxiety. It's..... your life.
