Is there any way I could get financial help from the goverment for attending to college?

My only parent does not earn 30,000 pounds a year or upwards. I also need money for classes outside of college and last year I was thinking that 'oh! I'm gonna join some outside of school classes!' But BAAH! No EMA = No classes. My dad won't pay for any of those and I really need money... Cameron really pissed me off and IM GLAD THAT PEOPLE HOPEFULLY WONT VOTE FOR HIM IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF YEARS!
