Readers: What kind of antagonist catches your eye?

My favorite kind of antagonist (or bad guy) is the kind that gets into the characters mind, messes with them, and shows up every now and then. If it's a villain or someone trying to hurt or kll the main character, then the kind that target the people around them and the people closest to them just to mess with them.
