Is the Grim Reaper God's angel of death, Satan or a minion of Jesus?

Death is a result of sin. "The wage sin pays is death." Satan can not be death, because he is a slanderer and resister. Jesus can not be death, because he holds the keys to death, thus can lock it away when the time comes. So death is not an angel, but rather a result, though angels, Satan and Christ Jesus, can bring it about.
